How to Download

We cannot offer technical help due to everyone having different browsers and operating systems.

Most mobile devices (phones and tablets) do not allow you to download files through a link.

What Happens After You Make a Purchase?

After purchase, you'll receive a confirmation page with your downloadable link. You'll also get an email from Shopify with the link.

You can easily download your files from either of those links at any time.

All of the files in my shop are PDF files.  Most computers come with the software necessary to open these types of files.

If your computer doesn't have the proper program to open PDF files, you can easily download Adobe Reader for free right here.

If you have trouble finding the file after you download it, check in the Downloads folder, or do a search for the name of the file on your computer.
