Marching North

Ever finish a basket and immediately want to make another one, just a little different?

This bundle gives you 3 of my easy coiled basket patterns in one download, so you can try a new shape, size, or material every time.

No crochet, no sewing machine. Just rope, a needle, and the same simple wrap-and-stitch technique you can learn in an afternoon.

What’s inside:

Coiled Rope Basket
The classic basket that's about 8.5" by 3.5". A round base with straight sides, made with 3 mm braided cord. This is the one to start with if you’ve never coiled before.

Oval Coiled Basket Tray
An oval base with low, flared sides, about 9.9″ by 7.6″. It’s perfect for catching keys, mail, or a candle on the coffee table. I made mine with a mix of 3 mm braided cord and chunky wool yarn.

T-Shirt Yarn Coiled Basket
A round basket about 7″ across and 3″ tall, wrapped in t-shirt yarn. It works up faster than cord because the yarn is wider, and patterned t-shirt yarn gives you a whole rainbow without ever changing colors.

Each pattern includes:

• A complete supply list
• Step-by-step written instructions
• Numbered step photos
• A printer-friendly, ad-free layout

Bought separately, these patterns are $14.97. The bundle is $12, so you get all three for less than the price of two and a half.

You’re free to try the free video tutorials on my blog first, because I want you to know you like coiling before you buy anything.

The PDFs are here for when you want the whole thing in one tidy, printable spot.

This is a digital download. No physical items will be shipped. Finished baskets made from these patterns may be sold in small quantities with design credit to Marching North.
